Can I return a custom order?
No. Due to their unique nature, custom products cannot be returned.
What payment options do I have?
We accept advance payment, card, cash, PayPal, and invoices (for companies).
Do you offer in-store collection?
Yes, in Allschwil (BL), by appointment.
How long does delivery take?
Between 3 and 7 business days after payment confirmation, except for custom orders.
